I was in one of the newer buildings behind the main building/restaurant. It appeared nearly brand new and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating when I made several special requests. The mattress in the bedroom was new and felt like memory foam even though I don't think it was. The breakfast was above average for a guest house like this. I highly recommend this location for the service, the facilities and overall experience.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They were happy to give us mugs of hot water to take up to our rooms for tea in the evening! Nice location, walkable to town, covered parking on site. This boutique hotel is situated in Goslar, within a few minutes' walk of all main sights. Set on the Steinberg hill, it offers free WiFi as well as a great view of Goslar and the Harz Mountains. Breakfast was excellent with the selection outstanding. A delightful introduction to rural Germany.

Historik Hotel Garni Christinenhof is set in a 17-century restored timbered building in the old town of Hameln. The 3-star hotel features an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. Loved the location, close to the shops and restaurants, beautiful buildings, great size room, breakfast was fabulous and the pool in the cave under the hotel wonderful, and the owners and the staff were so welcoming, the hotel was exceptionally clean, free parking, what else could you want or need Loved the fact that although mainly used by Germans and Dutch people for maybe one/two nights and we as an English non German speaking couple they seemed to be amazed we were staying for 11 nights, but as we were visiting places we had last visited in the very early 80's, it was the right place for us to be based, they were great with us and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and most spoke far better English than we did German, the ones that didn't speak English, we all managed to make sure we understood each other I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, anyone visiting Hameln would be silly not to stay there

This family-run hotel is located in front of the long beach at Duhnen, a 10-minute drive from Cuxhaven town centre. roon is nice, breakfast very good and dinner also
