The views from the apartment are really stunning, a medieval castle just in front of you on the hill over the river.

Everything new and clean! Easy to reach by car. The owner of the apartment is a very nice man and helpful. It,s a pity I could stay only for one night

Everything. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and has everything…a little kitchen, closet, bathroom, dining table. Bed was super comfortable. A locked garage to store the bicycle too. There’s a restaurant just across the road, a traditional bakery within the same building and a supermarket just few meters across the road. it’s a perfect location.

Nastanitev Schlosshotel Horneck se nahaja v mestu Gundelsheim in ponuja vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, teraso ter bar. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was great with eggs, cheeses, meats, various breads, fruits and yogurts. The breakfast seating area oversaw a pretty narrow valley with vineyards. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Neckar River and the staff was very friendly. Restaurants were a short walk into town along cobblestone streets. We would often ended the day by purchasing a bottle of local wine from the hotel and enjoying it on the hotel terrace overseeing the river. It is very central if you have a car with Rothenberg (1.25 hr), Heidelberg (50 min), Stuttgart (1 hr) away. Also, if you like birds of prey you must go to Burg Guttenberg just across the river for the bird show. It is a must see!
