Nastanitev Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel se nahaja v Dortmundu, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Jezero Phoenix, in ponuja fitnes, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, vrt ter teraso. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

Campushotel is located opposite the Fern Universität Hagen university campus, 2 km from Hagen city centre and just off the A45 and A46 motorways. The hotel features a bus stop directly outside. Location, ease of self check in

One of the best things about this apartment was the convenient location and free parking. We were travelling by car and it was a relief to find such place with its own parking spot. From there, it was easy to get to the city center and nearby attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and had everything we needed after long drives. A perfect base for exploring the region without worrying about logistics.

I wasn't there long, but I loved it. I'd come back again. The internet was stable, which made working a breeze. It was very convenient that I didn't even have to deal with the staff; the keys were in a convenient box, and everything I needed was in the apartment.

Our flight landed very late, and we were worried about check-in. Luckily, the keybox system worked perfectly. We got into the apartment around midnight without any stress. That kind of flexibility is priceless.
