The lodge was a perfect complement to our visit along the river, offering comfort and a cool swimming pool on our return. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, we had a fantastic time.

The big highlight: their strong focus on sustainability. The place is largely self-sufficient and run with real care for the environment. Bonus: they have two super friendly dogs that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

There are pools right outside your room open all the time. The staff is extremely attentive. Services at the spa are well worth it. On this visit due to a mechanical the morning flight never left Cuenca so I arrived after reception should have been closed. I had called ahead and was told the guard would have my key but in fact reception remained open waiting for me to arrive.
