This is a family run business that hires indigenous locals (you can buy some beautiful handicrafts on site) and is practising sustainability.

Off street parking and much needed air con was appreciated. The property is on a river, and has a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views. Our room was comfortable and spacious and fairly quiet - we were at the front of the building so inevitably there was some road noise, but nothing too bad. The rooms overlooking the river are away from the road. There is a communal kitchen if you want to cook (or make coffee). The owner organised a river trip for us with a very good guide, which was a big help.
