A recently renovated guest house in Sigchos, Starlight Mountain Lodge offers children's playground, private parking and sports facilities. Lovely little hostel with insane views over the mountains. The room was little but very comfy. The host and the lama are super nice. We got free water, tee, and coffee and had a good lunch and breagt breakfast. For 3 USD, we got a lunchbox with a sandwich, apple, banana, cookies, chocolate, and little sweets. Just great. The host even gave us 2 poles for the hike. There is also a luggage transfer for 20 USD to the final hostel in Quilotoa. Definitely recommend.

Lagoon Hotel Chugchilan in Chugchilán provides adults-only accommodation with a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Staff were excellent. Meals were huge and we always felt full. Very accommodating. Rooms were large and comfy, beds had very comfortable blankets. Showers had hot water.

Set in Chugchilán, Hostal Doña Clarita Inn features accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. We liked everything! The people there are super cute and helpful, the rooms are super comfortable and well thought through and the food is just incredible! For all the vegetarian hikers, I wouldn’t even think one second and book this place again - it was the best vegetarian food I have eaten in south america :)

Cuscungo Cotopaxi Hostel & Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Chasqui. Everything! This lodge is the only place to stay if you’re coming to Cotopaxi. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The meals were fantastic, the fire place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water is hot, the location is easy to get to via local buses from Quito, the day tour to Cotopaxi is great and affordable and the property is quiet. It ticks every box!

Very welcoming hotel, immediately felt at home. Love the free coffee and tea station. The garden/terrace/and views are outstanding. For me it felt like a very special place to stay.

Everything was amazing! The communication from booking to arriving was great on how to get to the accommodation! The staff were so friendly and helpful! When we checked in we were given a bigger room to make our stay more comfortable! The restaurant on site is great and the food was all delicious including the breakfast which had a good selection to choose from! The animals on site were a very cute touch! Lots of chickens and ducks, and 2 Llamas that were very friendly and we got to feed carrots! They also can help with tours - we did the Cotopaxi base camp walk/hike - it was just us two with the guide and great value including lunch! They also offer affordable laundry!

Situated in Lasso, Hostería Hotel Cuello de Luna - Cotopaxi - Country Inn features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a garden and a restaurant. Cool historical building they have restored into a cozy hotel close to Cotopaxi. We were a family of 6 and there were swings in the yard, animals to see, and ample room to throw a frisbee in the yard. Inside were cozy fires for games and chats. The staff was excellent. They were attentive, kind, so helpful and great conversationalists. We had a great Horseback ride in Cotopaxi at Tambopaxi. We would highly recommend to others. The breakfast was filling and great! And the dinners house made and delicious. You will enjoy this location!
