Starlight Mountain Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Sigchos, where guests can make the most of its water sports facilities and fitness centre. Incredibly homey vibe with fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The food was delicious and the rooms very cosy. Highly recommend!

Set in Chugchilán, Hostal Doña Clarita Inn features accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. After a cold wet mudslog from Isinlivi I was greeted at the door and had my wet items taken from me and hung in front of the fireplace. After a hot shower I cozied up in front of hearth with fresh banana bread and cookies. Dinner was fabulous! The bed was super comfy cozy with many blankets and a heater. The hostess and family warm and lovely. She even arranged to transfer my bag onwards to my hostel in Quilotoa. My itinerary permitted I would have loved to stay another day or so.

Cuscungo Cotopaxi Hostel & Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Chasqui. The hostel is comfortably located close to the main highway. Free water provided on daily basis, clean rooms, also some shared space on the first floor where other travelers can be easily approached. The staff is very attentive and friendly :)

Llullu Llama Mountain Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Hacienda Provincia. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. It was a wonderful hiking lodge, mostly of backpackers. We were a family who drove in. The staff was helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were great and they cater to different needs. It was enjoyable eating our meals all together. The view from our patio was amazing. The free yoga classes were great (7am and 4pm).

With mountain views, Hostal el Vaquero is set in Chugchilán and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and children's playground. Easy Check in and super friendly host. Great diner, where Victor met our needs as we are fructose intolerance. Bed was comfy, shower was good. Great location final stage of the Quilotoa Loop starts at the hostel. Breakfast was amazing, especially tghe cheese sandwich was insanely good. Got three of them on the Trek. Sauna for 3 USD is also available. Highly recomand to stay.

Set in Chasqui, 49 km from Metropolitano del Sur Park, Rondador Cotopaxi offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. Very clean cosy rustic style room and hotel. I found the staff to be warm and friendly and the hotel very well run. There is a nice restaurant area and good food. I took a tour with the hotel to see Cotopaxi and I was very happy with the experience. They also have many interesting animals in the garden to pet. A great place to stay if you are visiting Cotopaxi.

Situated in Lasso, Hostería Hotel Cuello de Luna - Cotopaxi - Country Inn features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a garden and a restaurant. Really comfortable, cosy room. Real fire in room was a treat! Good quality, homemade food. Loads of animals including friendly dogs. Reception/dining area reminded me of a cosy English country pub. The hosts organised a guide at short notice to take us to Cotopaxi.
