It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!

The walk is safe and well-lit so I didn’t mind walking at all and the owner & his son pick you up from your ferry and drive you to your tours etc. for free. They are so nice and wonderful. The room is clean, good A/C, spacious, quiet, lovely overall. Free drinking water and they let you pick fruit from their property (the mangoes were not ripe when I was there but it is such a sweet gesture).
