This is our second time here, we loved it last time we spent 4 days this time we had only 2 nights and we wanted to stay in the same place because we enjoyed our stay so much. The breakfast is amazing, the location walking distance to everywhere you need to see. The staff are very nice. It's safe, clean and comfortable.

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Amazing. Best sleep I had in a long time.

Very close to airport, main bus station, lavenderia and shopping malls by walking. Do not need to stay central hotels. With Uber , you can get anywhere for a few dollars. Kitchen facilities are enough. The apartment was very clean. Well decorated so you feel yourself at home. AC works perfectly. That's important because Guayaqil is very hot. The owner is very helpful. I strongly recommend this place in Guayaqil.

Excellent location, very comfortable, felt like home! Everything was very very clean and the hosts were exceptional. They made us feel really welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us. We will stay here again for sure! I wish we had stayed longer! It’s perfect.
