Featuring city views, Hostal Olmito Canoa features accommodation with patio, around a few steps from Canoa Beach. The place is GREAT, but the people were EXCEPTIONAL. Paola, Manuel and Francisco were the best hosts: Friendly, attentive, generous but un-intrusive. They made all of our stay fantastic and really can’t be praised enough. The Hostal itself is charming, perfectly located 10 seconds from the beach (just cross the road) and, with its walled courtyard, kind of an oasis. The communal kitchen is open-air and a great place to hang out in the hammocks. We had two rooms that were both great but with different vibes: the room with en-suite bathroom had great natural light and was really beautiful. The other room had a second bed in a loft space up a ladder. Our 7 year old was beyond thrilled and didn’t want to leave. The entire place is clean and well-maintained.

They helped us get book our activities, fed us wonderful food, and answered all of our questions. We had everything we needed right next to the beach. Quiet and clean. We hope to be back soon. The facilities and their condition are excellent!. I am as very impressed with the attention to detail and how fully setup my suite was. I stayed in the deluxe suite with sea views. It was outstanding! Each year I stay in over approximately 80 different hotels and this was one of the best ! Hence I highly recommend it. To the extent, that I actually changed a busy future itinerary, so that I could stay an extra night ! Can't remember the last time I did that ! Eva and the team who run the lodge were also exceptional. Don't look anywhere else , stay here and if possible in this Deluxe Suite, but the other rooms also looked excellent ! The pools ( yes two of them), and the surrounding courtyard is a great place to relax. This is where I ate the most delicious breakfasts, including fresh natural juices. Also, the lodge was so peaceful & quiet, yet only a short stroll to the busy main beach street for restaurants & bars. Enjoy !

Intiquilla Hotel is situated on the beachfront in Manta, a few steps from Santa Marianita Beach and 18 km from Manta Harbour. Cute hotel. Familiar atmosphere. Top breakfast. Very helpful owners. Great view at the sea. Very clesn. Spacious room. 5min walk to kitesurfbeach.

The owner went out of his way to serve me a coffee and a sandwich very early in the morning, as I was leaving well before breakfast. Would definitely return!

Offering scenic views of the sea, El Nido Boutique B&B is situated in Puerto López, a few steps from Puerto Lopez Beach This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Great hotel located a 3 minute walk to the center of everything. It was great to be close to everything but not right in the middle of all the super loud music. Beds are super comfortable, the wifi worked great (which was a pleasant surprise) and the breakfasts are delicious. The shower also had BOTH hot water and pressure.

The property itself - private, quiet and tranquil bungalow surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and flowers which attract butterfly and hummingbird. Location - less than 100m from the beach. Walking distance to town centre, but far enough from the noise. Staff and owner - very friendly and welcoming. WiFi - good connection. No TV, which was great!
