The road in front of the building is closed for renovation, but no work is being done, so we haven't been disturbed by any traffic. The final phase of construction is happening behind the building, but it wasn't noisy either. Rakvere Castle is a 6-7 min walk from the apartman.

Location is very convenient, everything (bus station, shops, castle) takes max 10 min walking.
