After really disappointing hotels in Cairo and Luxor in the same range, this one really exceeded my expectations. It’s on an island, but don’t worry, it’s really easy and cheap to get across with a public ferry for 15-20 egp during daytime hours, and even during the night, when the price is 75-100 egp because they transport only you. The staff is really nice, the garden fabolous and smell so nice, the rooms are super clean (cleaning lady will empty your trash and make your bed every day), you get all the toiletaries and two towels, even complimentary peanuts awaits you in the room. In the main hall, they have a fridge with water and sodas you can buy for a regular price, and you can also use that fridge for you own food. It's super quiet since there is no traffic on the island. Having a quiet room is something you really need when you travel around Egypt.

Nice easy going guest house. The owner was super friendly and made us a good breakfast served on the roof. The entrance is not maintained but once you're inside everything is clean and colorful.

This hotel is highly recommended! The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with lovely beds, the food is Nice and the staff is incredibly helpful. Excursions are well organised. It was great fun on the falucca with sunset.

Asraf offered us fruits, tea and sodas for children. Asraf propose a very good fish and side dishes for dinner.

Really a very good hotel, nice room, fabulous view, and staff are all very kind. Many thanks to Peter, who provided perfect service. I will definitely stay here again if I came to Abu Simbel again.

Ubytovanie Al fouad sa nachádza v destinácii Abu Simbel 17 min. chôdze od miesta Archeologické nálezisko Abú Sumbul. The apartment was very confortable and wonderfully located. The host was helpful and very friendly. We did everything by foot, including going to the temples. You can use the free shuttle from the airport to the temples to go to the apartment, as it will stop on the way. Perfect!

He basically became my private driver during my stay. The room was clean, 10min walk to the temple. The breakfast was good. Everything is perfect. Thank you Amon!
