The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for families, making it easy to relax and actually enjoy our time together. Every detail felt intentional, from the comfort of the beds to the calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. What truly sets this place apart is the care and attention shown by the entire team. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances professionalism with such genuine kindness and it made our stay feel extra special. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about our next visit. This is without a doubt a family hotel we will return to again and again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing and joy-filled stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is a gem! Every detail in it has been thought through and well-executed. From arrival to departure, we were taken care of. The breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe in a hotel. We can’t say enough positive things about how the staff treated us. It felt like we belonged there.

Excellent hotel in excellent location. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy and large balconies with views over the city. Only platinum rooms have sea view and full day of sunshine (if it shines). There's also a nice rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. We got to check in early and upgrade to a premium room with larger balcony and some morning sunshine with it. Breakfast and dinner were great with plenty of variation, you can start your day even with a glass of bubbly, if you wish. We both have gluten free diet and even though the allergens are not listed, the chef was there to explain and help. I read some earlier comments that dinner selection is limited, but I disagree. Every night the selection was different and even though most is pizza, pasta and bread, there was also fish, burgers, beef, pork, chicken and plenty of veggies, so I would say the selection was really good. Drinks / water / wine at dinner are not included. The rooms also include a cocktail voucher.
