Staff, decor, furnishings and general upkeep are all outstanding. Room was super spacious, bed was large and deliciously comfortable. Bathroom was large and many towels, gels and creams. AAA+++

The parking was fixed very good. The hotel itself it’s so well equipped from the corridor to the (bath)room. A nice spacious room with AC and a fridge. A very clean bathroom with very nice smelling bathing products. A very large breakfast. It’s only matter of time before Narcea gets an extra star.

Receptionist Francisco and his coworker were extremely nice, helpful, and joyful. They made me feel special and taken care of. Honestly who ever owns this property should know they made the experience extra premium! I highly recommend!
