The location is absolutely wonderful. 15 mins walk to the center of the old city, loafs of supermarkets and fruterias around, but very quiet thanks to small street its facing.

Well set in the Nervión district of Seville, Hotel AV la Florida is located 700 metres from Barrio Santa Cruz, 400 metres from Santa María La Blanca Church and 1.5 km from Plaza de España. The hotel is in located in a quiet area but still close to the busy center which is a great advantage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room which I appreciated since many hotels nowadays don’t provide it. Highly recommended for a nice comfortable stay in Sevilla.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

NQn Aparts & Suites Sevilla features accommodation set 100 metres from the centre of Seville and provides a rooftop pool and a terrace. Location, staff rooms were clean and spacious. The staff recommended a few good places to go, and we had the best flamenco experience they suggested. Definitely will come back
