It isn't often that the photos correspond perfectly. This charming, elegantly designed, contemporary apartment was the ideal base from which to explore Avila. The children loved it and so did we. The attention to detail that the owners have put in to so many aspects... From the inviting dinner settings and coffee/buns and tea, through to thinking of all the essentials you might need. The lighting was spot on, the decor superb and you are literally across the road from the walls of Avila. Thank you for that little moment of parentheses in a busy life.

Super stylish comfortable and impeccably clean apartment. Well situated with 7 to 8 minute walk to old town. Supermarket next door. Elevator for baggage, double glazed windows blocking street noise, fresh fruit water and coffee. Smart TV large bathroom with Rituals products. We leveraged street parking as were there on a Saturday and Sunday and there were plenty of spots. Can also recommend the nearby bakery called Santa Gloria Bakery and coffee for breakfast and coffee.

Located in Avila in the Castile and Leon region, Apartamento Premium Ávila PLAZA MAYOR con PARKING has a patio and quiet street views. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It had what we needed to do some basic cooking. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the decorations were inviting. There were even fans in the bedrooms! The instructions were clear to access the apartment and parking. And Alberto was responsive and easy to coordinate with.

Pedro was friendly and hopeful when we arrived, he help us inter the garage and then gave us suggestions for dinner as well as day and night activities. The house was very clean and conveniently located to everything. Newly renovated with nice air conditioning . Digital door access.
