The staff was helpful and very polite. The restaurant is very good, I definitely recommend booking a dinner or lunch. The pool and SPA was also a good experience. Perfect place to relax. I recommend it.

Situated in the heart of Lagunas de Ruidera Nature Reserve, in the small town of Ruidera, Hostal La Noria offers rooms with air conditioning, heating, and free WiFi. The owner was so nice, explaining us where to go and what to do, helping us with the needs of our baby. Giving advice about the restaurants and beaches. The cleanliness was impecable. We are going to visit the hotel again for sure, something we don't do very often, repeat places.

The attention to detail in the hotel was stunning. The receptionist was very welcoming, spoke excellent English and helped with suggestions for restaurants. Freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade cake was on the breakfast menu. A short walk takes you into the centre of this interesting town which made it's money from the wine that is produced here. The wine is excellent by the way!
