Each of the 10 pretty rooms at B&B Cuenca has attractive, colourful décor. The private bathroom includes free toiletries. Rooms look onto the old town, the former city gates, Mangana Tower, Paseo del Júcar or a patio. It was very clean. We have a 2 years old boy and it was perfect.

Hotel Central can be found just off Calle Seis de Junio, Valdepeñas’s main street. Valdepeñas in Castile La Mancha is well known for its wine, history and culture. The hotel has its own secure parking. Nothing not to like at the price. Staff were very helpful. Parking for my motorcycle was €4.50, half the car price and good value. Breakfast was sparse but again, good value for money. (€5 if I remember correctly. Good coffee, fresh orange juice and a piece of toast). I would stay again.

This medieval building offers a very special décor, each floor represents one of the historic cultures from Toledo: Arabic, Jewish or Christian. Very cosy posada. We really enjoyed it!
