I booked the junior suite for my parents to celebrate my mother's birthday. They had a wonderful time. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa services were great, My parents enjoyed their massage/face treatments. The hotel has historical parts from the old factory, giving it a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, with great views and above all the staff service was incredible and made my parents feel special. So thank you and totally recommend it.

Absolutely recommend to everyone who is interested in the Medieval Toledo. Manolo and Almudena are great hosts. The room was clean, cosy, the bed was large and comfortable. Best towels in the world!
