Facing the beachfront, Oassium Hotel - Adults Only offers 4-star accommodation in La Pineda and has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The included breakfast was incredible - fresh with a great variety. Lots of continental items, including meats and house produced pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, fancy coffee machines; along with hot items that were actually hot and a chef there to cook other things on request. We had dinner there once too - 26 Euros each - it was also good. The nearby spa facility was great too and included for up to three hours a day - huge hot spas, large warm pools, cool pools, ice, steam sauna. Yes, they were working on the nearby beach foreshore but that didn't create disturbing noise and you can still directly access the beach. The many padel courts next to us were fascinating and well used. All of the staff were lovely. There was also nightly entertainment included at the other end of the sister resorts but starting at 9:30pm, so we never checked it out! Oassium is part of the Estival group and is located on the beach side of the large area along with all of the Estival properties - the whole thing was a quiet haven, with no cars or other vehicles inside the perimeter. Parking was free on the beach road, 3 minutes walk from our room.

Set in L'Escala, 100 metres from Port d'en Perris Beach, Hotel Voramar offers accommodation with a restaurant, private parking and a bar. We had a great stay. Opted for the largest room while booking, the room size was generous, with plenty of space. The sunrise views from the balcony were the highlight of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable bed, a nice sofa. One small complaint is the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Be careful. I had a few close calls... Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options in buffet and ala carte. Friendly staff, helpful. Parking is paid, but secured by locked fence door and cameras.

Conveniently set in the centre of Barcelona, Antiga Casa Buenavista provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The location, which is about 15 minutes walk to Gothic Quarters, Pl de Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia,Arc de Triomf and train station. Taxis are easily available outside the hotel. The Deluxe Double Ronda room is clean and comfortable for two to stay in. The welcome note from the front desk and pieces of chocolate provided at turn down service added a nice touch. The service staffs were helpful and pleasant, especially Ms. Sonia at the Reception who always greeted us with a warm smile. She provided us with good restaurants recommendations and we really enjoyed the food and ambience in the two restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel should you visit Barcelona.

Set in Olot, 46 km from Dalí Museum, Hotel Olot Centre offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I stayed here during a cycling trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is very cyclist-friendly, with a secure car park for guest that has a secure bike rack and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a day on the bike. It’s in a great location too—right in Olot, with easy access to local restaurants and just a short ride to some fantastic routes in the surrounding area. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It’s that kind of service that really makes a stay memorable :) Highly recommended, especially if you’re travelling with your bike!

Located in Santa Susanna, 700 metres from Llevant Beach, Atzavara Hotel & Spa provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We had a wonderful stay at Atzavara Hotel & Spa for 10 nights and were extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel is excellent and the facilities are of a very high standard. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed in particular was exceptionally good, ensuring a great night’s sleep throughout our stay. The overall cleanliness and layout of the hotel were exemplary. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and very helpful, which really enhanced our experience.
