We were welcomed in the most friendly and professional manner. Both Kizkitza and Ainoa gave as a great room on the 4th floor with an amazing view. We stayed a few days at the end of our Basque tour and what a wonderful decision! We booked a room with the spa included and again a great choice. Highly recommend to relax and reset the body for onward travels. The bathroom was also very nice. The tub is large for a hot solo bubble bath and the separate shower was also very large. The toilet had its own door. In the trend of glass bathroom walls this hotel does it right because the privacy in the bathroom isn't lost. The property felt secluded but is easily connected to the old town by bus. Worth every bit for quality and service.
