Reaaaaally friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, comfortable and calm despite being in a crowded street. Lot of restaurants, bar and shop nearby. Walking distance from center. I had a great stay !!!

Everything about this place was amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed with our two kids, and everything was spot on for a family stay. Plus, the location is fantastic

I had a fantastic stay at Es Princep and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Mallorca. What really makes this hotel special is the people. From the housekeeping team to the hotel director, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Palma’s main attractions, restaurants, and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. My room was very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day out. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. The location is simple amazing, one of the vat views that I saw. The breakfast had excellent local products that turned the food amazing. The staff was great as well in special Nuno, that was always available to help us in all the situations. Recommend !
