Well set in the Nervión district of Seville, Hotel AV la Florida is located 700 metres from Barrio Santa Cruz, 400 metres from Santa María La Blanca Church and 1.5 km from Plaza de España. Excellent location, within walking distance to main attractions and the train station, helpful and nice staff, we had double delux room, it was spacious, clean, new furniture, well equipped. There were two rooms- one large bedroom, a small separate room with TV and a couch and a spacious bathroom.

Very nice rooms, Like L´occitane amenities. Parking was in public garage, but right by the hotel, all worked well. No restaurant in the hotel, but many possibilities near by... Breakfast was nice. We were travelling with our dog, nice note was withing in the room, inc. dog bed. The price in Jan was reasonable.

They went above and beyond to create a Christmas vibe for our daughter in the week leading up to Christmas. If you ask her, she will tell you it’s the best hotel she has ever stayed at.
