We had a wonderful stay at Encantos del Jerte. The place has it all. It is located in the center of the village next to the church and 1 min away from the river. It is recently renovated and has all the best construction materials and amenities, for example it has radiant floor heating! It is a beautiful sustainable gem in the heart of Navaconcejo. We also made use of the accessibility of the ground level apartment for my great grandma that is in a wheel chair. Felisa, the owner was very attentive before, during and after our stay and very understanding with our little kids’ needs. Navaconcejo is my mom’s hometown and I come back frequently and Encantos de Jerte will be my go to spot from now on!

Self catering was easy as plenty of kitchen utensils available. Loved the gardens and pool with plenty of outdoor eating space. Maite whom we dealt with was super helpful and friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

Calm and quiet. Been here before and came back for two nights so we could have time to take a short hike to see the waterfall. Very nice experience.
