Situated in Bilbao, 200 metres from Arriaga Theatre, Hotel Tayko Bilbao was built in 1924. The property is within just 0.2 km of Catedral de Santiago and 15 minutes' walk from Guggenheim Museum. Nice and trendy hotel, perfect location, friendly staff. Breakfastformula was nice but pretty stressful for the staff to get in done...but they did it with a smile :)

I love the hotel, nice location just in frond of the museum, beautiful view on sunset from roof top bar, friendly staff. Around the hotel there are many coffee shops. In the room there are bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine and kettle with variety of tea.

Service that goes above and beyond. Cozy rooms in a charming historic building. A well-kept and inviting garden. A lovely family offering warm hospitality. Excellent breakfast! Even when we arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day on the Camino, the hostess helped us place an order from a Chinese restaurant, and there’s also the option to buy basic groceries for cooking if you have the energy. Just keep in mind that it’s about 2 km off the trail’s starting point, so plan your route accordingly. Highly recommended!
