Situado a 1,5 km da cidade de Koli, o Kolin Lotus Cottages está localizado perto do Lago Pielinen. Estas casas de campo independentes e geminadas dispõem de parquinho infantil e churrasqueira. This is our third time in Koli. We love it! Our Airbnb accommodation got cancelled on the day we had to travel and we booked Lotus Cottages last minute! We were so lucky! The location is perfect 5 min drive from the ski slopes, nearest restaurant and shop but situated right next to the lake giving us the experience we were looking for. The staff is amazing. They made sure we had everything including bringing us wood to make sure we were warm enough! We rented two cottages next to each other as we were a large group. The cottages were very clean and had everything you need, two bedrooms, sauna, fire place and most importantly the beauty of the quietness that you can experience in Koli. the kids loved it, played outside, we did barbecue for a couple of nights as the weather was not too cold and there are fire huts that the guest can use. Simply fantastic!

Koli National Park is a beautiful place to visit but for me, the view from the cottage was even better than the ones from the famous viewpoints in Koli. You have an inmense piece of land for yourself with direct access to a clean, clear, and calm Finnish lake. The real Finnish experience doesn't get any better than this. I hope I can come back to this place in the future. I can highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit this part of Finland.
