At arrival, I rang the intercom and could access the property easily. Keys were in the apartment. The building was very safe during our stay; stairs were fine and location of the building extraordinary. The apartment is spacious, internet connection was very good. There is a TV with several channels, netflix, prime and other apps. Heating and hot water were good, in particular in those cold and rainy days we spent in Reims. Parking was located in a private parking two blocks from the apartment; pretty safe. Sam always was available via booking or whatsapp to answer questions and his help was valuable.

The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay not only comfortable but also very convenient. The impeccable cleanliness is another aspect worth mentioning, reflecting the owners' care and attention to detail. However, the highlight of our stay was the extraordinary hospitality of the owner, and his recommendations for local tourist attractions. Even in the face of an unexpected incident, which was not his fault, he had an admirable and empathetic approach towards us. It is rare to encounter such an attitude in travels. It's a beautiful apartment, conviniently located, a short walk to Reims downtown, and a 20-25' walk to where the main Champagne houses are. The apartment is very well equipped and neatly decorated.
