We stayed at Hotel Grand Mess for 2 nights on either side of our road trip to Andorra in October 2025. The hotel is perfectly located, very convenient, and surrounded by loads of places to eat although most open in the evening. Our rooms were fab on both occasions, the breakfast was amazing, fresh and great quality, this felt like a proper french breakfast. The staff were great, we opted to park in the underground car park and paid 10 euro for each night but we could have also parked outside the hotel quite easily as there is ample space on the side too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and possibly stay longer too. It was the perfect stop after a 10hr drive from Lichfield, England.

Located 300 meters from the A75 Motorway, this hotel offers modern, soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathroom with shower. Saint-Flour Train Station is a 5-minute drive away. Close to highway, ideal to stay overnight on long trip. Room is clean, service is good and quick. Big plus is that you can park the car right in front of the door of the room. Simple but good breakfast starting early in the morning (around 7AM). The room was in a good temperature.

Hotel De France nalazi se u sklopu bivše gostionice u rubnom predjelu središta mjesta Mende, na 2 minute hoda od lokalne katedrale. Sve su sobe klimatizirane, a uključuju vlastitu kupaonicu i TV. Very welcoming staff, superb dinner and breakfast and comfortable room.

This 19th-century hotel is located in the centre of beautiful Mont Dore, and makes a wonderful base for exploring the Massif du Sancy. Beautiful, grand old hotel in the heart of Mont-Dore, perfectly located for walking around downtown. The breakfast was outstanding—eggs, pastries, hot oats, and more (French eggs really are superior!). Our room was lovely, with a full bed and a twin, ideal since I tend to twitch at night. Just note there’s no lift/elevator, which may matter for some travelers.

Objekt Auberge du Prieuré smješten je u gradu 'Saint-Angel', na 22 km od znamenitosti Neuvic d'Ussel Golf Course, te nudi smještaj s klima-uređajem i terasu. The auberge provides everything you need when travelling and the rooms etc have been recently constructed to a very good standard. Breakfast was not provided but croissants etc were obtained from a nearby patisserie to accompany coffee provided in the restaurant adjoining the auberge. Saint Angel was good for an evening stroll.

A really excellent little room, comfortable and clean with lovely attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the old town. Annick was extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast, partly homemade, was a lovely feature. It also made a big difference to have a private off-road car parking space. All in all, highly recommended.
