The accommodation features a sauna.... It was a truly exceptional stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they made our stay genuinely enjoyable. All the rooms are beautifully renovated while still preserving their historic charm. If a score of 100 were possible, they would absolutely deserve it.

Set in Saint-Angel and within 22 km of Neuvic d'Ussel Golf Course, Auberge du Prieuré has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The auberge provides everything you need when travelling and the rooms etc have been recently constructed to a very good standard. Breakfast was not provided but croissants etc were obtained from a nearby patisserie to accompany coffee provided in the restaurant adjoining the auberge. Saint Angel was good for an evening stroll.

A really excellent little room, comfortable and clean with lovely attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the old town. Annick was extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast, partly homemade, was a lovely feature. It also made a big difference to have a private off-road car parking space. All in all, highly recommended.
