The rural environment in a not to remote location helped as well as the very warm and friendly welcome by the owner.

A recently renovated property, Le cocon Blånc Metz -T2 cosy avec parking privé & balcon - Gare, Nouvelle Ville is situated in Metz near Centre Pompidou-Metz, Metz Train Station and Stade... We liked everything about this apartment. We really felt at home here. Everything you need is here. Owners are super responsive and helpful. There's a grocery store practically across the street. The kitchen has all we needed to make a delicious brunch. It's a short walk through the train station to the old centre ville. The shower is perfect. The lighting everywhere is fun and practical, very good. We wished we were staying longer.

While the exterior is underwhelming, the interior is anything but: modern, clean, spacious and fully equipped. Is also very quiet, despite being next to a highway intersection (which makes it a convenient location if you're simply looking for an overnight stay while on a long journey, as we were)
