The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt very safe as it was behind a security gate. We took a lovely evening walk along the Oise River which is just outside. The property is close to the tourist attractions in Auvers. Nicolas responded to our requests quickly and was very friendly.

The owner is very kind, always very quick response with clear guidance by email and chat, whatever. I like everything, a very good air and residential area in the hill with good Paris view, and of course clean room with comfortable bed, NETFLIX, Nespresso, Sauna, etc.

A beautiful home nestled in a forest just a couple of miles from Van Gogh's haunts in Auvers. Home was very comfortable with a spacious bedroom. Catherine and Bertrand were lovely hosts. Catherine got us a reservation at an excellent restaurant and was friendly, while also giving us space. They do have a dog and a couple of cats. For us, this only added to the charm. I should say, I'm allergic to cats but did not have my usual allergic reaction, likely a tribute to the cleanliness of our room and the overall home.
