The check-in process was not very smooth at first, as the front desk agent tried to charge me extra for early check-in, even though I had already received an email confirming that early check-in would be free. The restaurant staff were extremely nice and professional, and the à la carte breakfast was very good. I also appreciated the honesty and efficiency of the hotel staff when I forgot my sweater in the room. I called two days later after realizing it was missing, and they had already found it and kept it for me. I was able to pick it up without any issues, which was very nice. Overall, despite the small check-in inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.
