The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us in many ways, getting more towels, getting replacement sheets, getting a taxi reservation, finding our way to town for a tour and helping with our luggage, which was heavy after three weeks of travel. We loved the large bathroom and room itself.

Opened in December 2016, No.15 Great Pulteney is situated just a 3-minute stroll from Pulteney Bridge, Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. We stayed here on our wedding night and were surprised with a bottle of prosecco in the room which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious too.
