Set in the Cotswold market town of Tetbury, this charming town house dates back to 1535 and boasts a restaurant with views of the walled garden and fountain. Tge staff were very attentive. The room - Jacobean - was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The bedding was lovely and we enjoyed the tea, coffee and treats provided in the room. The breakfast was outstanding, everything you could want was included. Great location with good parking and right in the middle of town.

Nestled in the pretty Gloucestershire village of Coln St Aldwyns, this beautiful country inn offers a garden overlooking meadows and elegant, individually designed rooms with modern amenities. This is a great little spot. My room was comfortable and charming and overlooked the lovely homes across the street. I had dinner breakfast and lunch and all three were great. The village is tiny and quiet and has some charming buildings. I learned from visiting the church nearby that the New Inn has historical Significance as a center of social and civic life.
