The Little Mill Inn is a traditional country pub is in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, close to Hayfield, Kinder Scout and The Pennine Way. It was fabulous, good value for money, room spotless, staff were lovely. Meals are huge and tasty. Great using local produce you can really taste the quality. The beer garden and play area for the kids was outstanding and although we didn't bring our dog it's super dog friendly and was great seeing one at breakfast! We had a room with a balcony and the view of the wheel and the small waterfall was just beautiful. Would 1000% recommend

Nice location with a co cenienve store in close proximity for picking up items for day trip.

Lovely cosy, and welcoming house with great decor and a delicious breakfast. Perfect location in Bakewell for Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.

I Buxton, 8 minutters gange fra Buxton Opera House, ligger The Old Manse Guesthouse, som har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Samantha & Stephanie were wonderful host. Stephanie checked me in and I appreciate her help with booking an extra night with Old Manse. Samantha cooked a really good breakfast each morning. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi & apple) & plain yogurt. She also cooked great poached eggs & cereal was appreciated. One morning I had salmon & eggs and it was yummy. I failed to mention she had nuts & dried fruit to put on the yogurt…..lots of good choices. My room & bathroom were a good size and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed my walks from the B&B to the town centre (exploring) & taking the bus to Bakewell and Haddon Hall were fun for a day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Excellent continental breakfast in a room with a log fire. Picturesque village, if you want to know what pubs were like over 100 years ago, go to the Barleymow next door!

As soon as we opened the door to our apartment we entered a cosy, inviting place which exceeded our expectations, it smelt so clean and fresh and is beautifully decorated with all the home comforts you’d expect. Had a problem with the key code on arrival but somebody came round within 5 minutes to sort it out. Great location for local attractions such as Buxton and Chatsworth House, Whaley Bridge is a busy village with all the conveniences you need. The apartments are right next to the train station but didn’t bother us, it added to the charm of the place (you can get the train to Buxton or Manchester)

The cottage is in an absolutely stunning location with fantastic views. Horses in the field next to the cottage. So peaceful and relaxing. Very comfortable bed. Cottage has everything you need. We will definitely come back. We had amazing sunny weather too.

I Bolsover, 20 kilometer fra Clumber Park, ligger Sanctuary inn, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en terrasse og en restaurant. Dette 5-stjerners hotellet har gratis WiFi og en bar. The facilities were absolutely incredible The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even bumped us up to a double room because they had one available. The price of the rooms include breakfast! I had a full English and my partner had mushrooms on toast both were incredible. The food here is outstanding the baked Brie and the ribs from the tapas menu were insanely delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly. The bar is clearly the social hub of Bolsolver with a large selection of drinks and a very welcoming atmosphere. I was initially a little concerned that I would be able to hear the sbr as you stay above it. BUT I can honestly say you can NOT hear anything and it was the best nights sleep I have had in a hotel. It's in a very quaint setting and the town of Bolsolver is very beautiful.. I recommend Bolsolver castle as a place to visit that and Hardwicke Hall. Finally the servers and all the staff are absolutely incredible so attentive and polite and very knowledgeable about the area. If I could rate them higher I would they were so amazing. Genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed
