He made us feel at home. Bedrooms are very confortable. All is super clean! We loved staying there with our 2 kids after having cycled around Isle of Wight. We loved the location too, only a few steps to the seaside. Dan gave us good tips for a very nice pub at sunset and for restaurants. We would definitely come back in the future!

Located at the edge of Keats Green by the cliff path down to the sea-front promenade, the Bay House Apartments is in a superb location with views out to sea from the balconies, close to Old Shanklin Town, and within easy walking distance of the high street shops. Our apartment was immaculately clean. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed by the standard and style of decor, the comfortable furniture, and the attention to detail in the provision of kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. Communication from Louise prior to the visit and after our arrival was first-class. We enjoyed our visit to the island so much but it was enhanced by knowing our accommodation was top quality and excellent value for money.
