Everything was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast., Tea and Coffee were provided. The owner showed us around and was very friendly.. perfect location to catch a train through the tunnel. Under 5 min to the terminal.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Canterbury Tales attraction, the Cathedral Lodge is only 700 metres from Canterbury West Railway Station. Parking vouchers for the public car park outside the grounds can be purchased from reception on arrival. Being able to access Cathedral grounds after it's closed for visitors. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend at this place

Bed is comfortable, feather duvets and pillows, quality bedding. We had room 5 at the side of the pub in the more modern part. Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.
