The Little Mill Inn is a traditional country pub is in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, close to Hayfield, Kinder Scout and The Pennine Way. It was fabulous, good value for money, room spotless, staff were lovely. Meals are huge and tasty. Great using local produce you can really taste the quality. The beer garden and play area for the kids was outstanding and although we didn't bring our dog it's super dog friendly and was great seeing one at breakfast! We had a room with a balcony and the view of the wheel and the small waterfall was just beautiful. Would 1000% recommend

Everything was perfect. Rooms and cottages were beautiful and extremely well equipped. Towels were dreamy. The staff was wonderful. The Avenue is perfectly located 3 mins walk from the delightful town centre of Bakewell with a good selection of bars and restaurants and local bus services very close by.The property was spotlessly clean and very warm and welcoming and very quiet at nights despite being situated on the A6.Sarah the proprietor was an excellent and helpful host and provided a lovely breakfast of delicious locally sourced ingredients and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !.
