It was so nice to be able to sit outside at one of the tables in the garden and enjoy the setting sun with supper. Breakfast was spectacular and prepared at the moment. We were not bothered by noise at night even though there is an adjoined pub. Perhaps that depends on the particular day of the week. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The location requires dexterity to reach form Luton. We suggest a taxi from Luton airport if you don;t have a car.

Shahid greeted us and showed us everything. He was very fruendky and helpful. There were also instructions for appliances if needed. While small, everything we needed was in the studio. The kitchen had a large fridge freezer, oven, hotplates, microwave, a good selection of cookware, crockery and cutlery. Teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk sachets, butter, jams and biscuits were supplied. There was a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There were plenty of toiletries, tissues, etc. We parked our car in the driveway.

Featuring a garden and views of inner courtyard, Handywater Cottages is a guest house situated in a historic building in Henley on Thames, 24 km from Cliveden House. The location was perfect: quiet, clean, healthy and close to the Henley Town which is a beautiful place to visit, full of history. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The Garden is speechless, like a small paradise. Last but not least, Mrs. Natalie and Mr. Roy were incredible kind, sociable, respectful and extremely helpful. They are just simply a wonderful family. Miss them already.
