The hotel is beautifully traditional but with modern facilities and superb food and the location is perfectly within the centre of the town. We had such a great time that my now fiancé proposed to me so this hotel will always be special to us!

A traditional Yorkshire inn with oak beams and roaring log fires, the Wellington Inn is situated in the village of Darley. Perfect location to explore Yorkshire and beautiful country views right from our bedroom window. Delicious hot breakfast included in the price. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Set on York’s Clifton Road, Burton Stone Inn offers free WiFi access and 1 guaranteed parking space per room for all guests. Everything was perfect, starting with the staff -many thanks to George😊-continuing with the room (absolutelly lovely), facilities and the perfect location of the inn in a very nice and quite area (very close to the center and at the same time to the train station). As an extra, the bar was wonderfully decorated for Christmas.
