The breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh ingredients and a nice selection of sausages. The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The heating from the wall-mounted radiators kept the room at a perfect temperature for November. The water was reliably hot or cold as needed, and the bathroom was spotless with fresh bed linens, robes, and towels. The balcony provided a fantastic view, and the staff were outstanding, very helpful and polite. For the price, the rooms were very affordable, and the hotel’s location was excellent, within walking distance of all popular spots in Batumi.

Boasting lake views, Velora Seaside Residences provides accommodation with patio, around 400 metres from Batumi Beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Location and view from room is superb. Room size is big and I was upgraded to a twin joint room for a nominal price thus getting 2 rooms 2 bathrooms and 2 big beds for my family. Breakfast option is also great. The reception guy is super helpful. Definitely recommend this place
