The breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh ingredients and a nice selection of sausages. The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The heating from the wall-mounted radiators kept the room at a perfect temperature for November. The water was reliably hot or cold as needed, and the bathroom was spotless with fresh bed linens, robes, and towels. The balcony provided a fantastic view, and the staff were outstanding, very helpful and polite. For the price, the rooms were very affordable, and the hotel’s location was excellent, within walking distance of all popular spots in Batumi.

Offering mountain views, Marita Guesthouse is an accommodation situated in Batumi, 2.7 km from Batumi Beach and 3.4 km from Ali and Nino Monument. I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.
