Very nice "boutique style" small hotel. The receptionist was very nice. We didnt have the possibility to try breakfast as we needed to leave early for the morning flight. Perfectly clean, nice views. Good location close to Bagrati cathedral and near steps leading to city center. Fresh white bed linens and towels. Would stay again if sometimes visiting Kutaisi.

Situated just 1.1 km from Colchis Fountain, Light House offers accommodation in Kutaisi with access to a casino, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Zaza and his family and super nice and hospitable, with a big heart, and we really felt like at home! Room was nice and clean. We went for excursion with Zaza too and saw some beautiful nature and places. We really recommend you to stay with Zaza and his family!

There is everything you need in the room and even more. Design is thoughtful and cozy. Everything is in the perfect state. Surrounding is stunning. I only had two days but I would like to get back to stay longer for sure. Highly recommended.

Situated in Kutaisi and within 400 metres of Colchis Fountain, Hotel Varla has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. This apartment exceeded my expectations. The house is in a central and quiet place, a few minutes' walk from the central square. The room is really large, super clean inside and outside the apartments, everything is new and very high quality, also the beautiful design, also lighting of various types, new air conditioner, soft towels, have a fan, shampoo, soap, there is a kitchenette with fridge, coffee and tea. The bed is very comfortable. A varied and tasty breakfast in a cafe close to the house. Homeowners are very nice people, good hosts and guest investors.
