I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the center of Tbilisi, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options.

The penthouse was very nice, clean has all what you need. It has kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, cooker and fridge as well. The building was new and the far view from the penthouse was looking to the mountain where is the farris wheel and mother of georgia status. One of the nice thing that they have a coffee corner in the reception which we used while we are waiting for the checkin time.

The hotel recently opened, just a few months ago and I have to say that it is by far the most pleasant stay I've had in Georgia so far on my trips there. Even internationally it holds up great. The hotel's interior in general has a very nice design, the rooms themselves are modern, meticulously cleaned and are well air-conditioned. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, communication in English worked perfectly. The breakfast selection is rich, with everything that one would expect, plus waffles, pancakes, omelettes and some other dishes that are prepared on demand. On this multi-week vacation in Georgia I returned to Tbilisi a couple of times, between trips to different cities and kept returning to this hotel after my first stay. Directly compared to the Wyndham in Batumi's old town, the Artizan left a much better impression. The location in Tbilisi is also great, with plenty of Restaurants nearby, a couple of bus connections right around the corner and about a 13 minute walk to the Rustaveli metro station. Right next door to the hotel is a very good coffee roastery in case you're also into specialty coffee :)

We arrived very early in the morning and Alexander welcomed us warmly. He was very friendly and also let us know that they upgraded our room for free! The location was amazing and the room very comfortable. We would definitely choose it again in the future!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Old Tbilisi and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. However, it's important to note that there is a steep incline near the hotel, which could be challenging for those with disabilities or mobility issues. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable, equipped with all the essential amenities like tea, bottled water, and fresh fruit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always willing to help. If accessibility isn't a concern, this is a fantastic place to stay in Old Tbilisi!
