Greeted us with open arms from the second we stepped off the ferry until we departed. Our room had a huge balcony deck with a nice sunset view of the Katapola Port. The property is centrally located between the Katapola Port and Amorgos Chora.

The apartment had fantastic views over the bay. There was a lovely wee plunge pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Three great beaches in walking distance & nice restaurants very nearby. The apartment was very modern with a great bathroom & shower; huge comfortable bed.. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The staff were always very helpful when we needed them.

Superb location, right outside Katapola. The owner gave us plenty of recommendations about things to do on the island and places to eat. The room was lovely: a balcony sea-view and the sunset in the evening. The breakfast is great, with plenty of options, including traditional Greek food. We had a wonderful stay!

Surrounded by a garden, the Cycladic-style Castelopetra is just 2 km from Katapola Port and 4 km from Amorgos Chora. It offers air-conditioned studios with free WiFi and panoramic Aegean Sea views. Very close to the main destinations. Amazing staff willing to help us during our stay.

Localizado a 1 km do porto e da praia de Katapola, o recém-construído Amorgion Village está situado em uma posição elevada e tem uma piscina com terraço ao ar livre com vista panorâmica do Mar Egeu. Amorgos is an absolute dream, and The Amorgion Hotel was exceptional. The location near to -- but far enough from -- the port of Katapola; the facilities with spacious rooms (we were granted 2 rooms right next to each other as requested to accommodate our family of 4) and a large, gorgeous outdoor pool area with stunning views for relaxation; the cleanliness of the rooms and pool (sparkling clean!); and most importantly the helpful staff. Georgia (our host) was attentive, kind and extremely helpful. The availability of rental cars at the property was unbelievably convenient... the best experience we've ever had related to car rental. Our driver (I do apologize, I can not for the life of me remember how to spell his name) was enthusiastic, funny and beyond helpful, and got us to and from the port easily. I truly can not say enough about our experience at The Amorgion, other than to sum it up by saying we were terribly sad to leave on check-out day, and hope to return in the near future. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else on Amorgos.
