The staff was amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. The location was perfect, next to the ocean and right by the beautiful Venetian port and with parking close by. Our room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Hotel, the location was peaceful, but close to everything, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was clean and had such a cute vibe. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was nice and very well equipped. I hope we will visit Chania again soon.

Featuring an a la carte restaurant, Elafonisi Resort by Kalomirakis Family is set amidst a garden with olive trees. Very clean, very nice, comfortable. The host and the personnel are very helpful and friendly. Amazing beach near by. Great food at the restaurant and not expensive.

Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. Modern hotel with clean rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent, offering panoramic views of Chania from the dining area. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a non-alcoholic drink. The free hotel shuttle is very convenient (just coordinate the time with the host). The property also features a nice outdoor pool and a useful self-service laundry, free except for detergent capsules.

Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout. Such a beautiful and quiet place. Perfect oasis to rest and recharge. The staff was superb and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. When I’m Crete, would definitely be back.

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. I liked everything! The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to assist. Everything was clean and spotless. You even get free beach towels for the day and they can arrange excursions for you.

Porto Veneziano Hotel enjoys a privileged location on the waterfront of Chania's Old Venetian harbour. It offers panoramic views and accommodation in a minimal navy design. What an amazing little family run hotel right on the port. Absolutely everything was fantastic from time of check in to departure after an amazing breakfast. We travel a lot and stay in amazing properties but this small 3☆ hotel could teach many other hotels on how to do it right. We had no choice of room as it was fully booked and that was sad as it was a bit small for the 2 of us but as you are never in the room who cares. Beds and pillows super comfortable and good size showers. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the best we have had in Crete as everything fresh and cooked to perfection. Parking available behind the hotel which was a big plus.
