The clean room, the vieuw, the comfort, the beds and the hotel is in the middle of everything. There is a big parking space next to the hotel, but in Chania you don't need the car. On foot you can go anywhere. The old harbour is so close and also to the beach you can walk. In the area are a lot of nice restaurants. The hosts were super friendly. We will come back!

Located in Chania Town, 2 km from Koum Kapi Beach, Lagon Life Spirit Boutique Hotel - Adults Only provides accommodation with free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Featuring an a la carte restaurant, Elafonisi Resort by Kalomirakis Family is set amidst a garden with olive trees. I enjoyed the food at the location. It was beyond our expectations. Also, the beach is very close, 5 minutes walking. The apartment rooms are located in a beautiful olive tree garden. They all have a balcony, AC and bathroom.

Featuring a restaurant and a pool with sun terrace amidst its palm-tree garden, Royal Sun lies within 3 km from the centre of Chania Town. The staff were amazing the whole experience is great. You need to have a car to live in this hotel as the its upp in the hill but great view and worth it

Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout. Everything was wonderful. The location right on a quiet little beach, the gorgeous pool area, the rooms and facilities were perfect and the staff very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and bathroom, and an outside patio surrounded by lush garden- delightful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet overlooking the pool and beach and varied each day. There was ample on street parking in front of and near the hotel. It is conveniently located near enough to Kissamos for supermarkets etc as well as neighbouring beaches such as Falasarna and Balos. We will be back next time we are in Kissamos.

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. The overall ambiance was very good. All the staff from checking in, to the dining room at breakfast,, the bar staff and the cleaning people were all excellent.

Porto Veneziano Hotel enjoys a privileged location on the waterfront of Chania's Old Venetian harbour. It offers panoramic views and accommodation in a minimal navy design. Beautiful location. Nice and clean hotel and the breakfast was super fresh and good variation

At a quiet and beautiful location on the coast of Kavos, Kavos Hotel & Suites boasts views over the Cretan Sea. It offers well-designed accommodation and a large outdoor pool with sun terrace. The staff was very friendly. The suites were spectacular with a very nice view. All areas and rooms were very clean. Kelly at the reception was very helpful and always ready to help. Definitely use the spa, and as for Georgi, he was excellent and very good at his job. The only suggestion at the breakfast to add some fried eggs 🙂
