Close to the old harbour, terrific rooms (we had one with a huge jacuzzi that my wife thoroughly enjoyed!), very clean and the owner and staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there. The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service! Even the WiFi was excellent.

Chapter 02 Gallery Suites offers beauty services and free private parking, and is within 3 km of The Palace of Knossos and 3.4 km of Venetian Walls. My husband and I booked a junior suite but we were upgrated to suite upon arrival. The suite was spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed there for just one night, as we aimed at catching an early morning flight and wanted to spend the night near the airport, but we would highly recommend the hotel for longer stays as well.

Kipos Boutique Suites is situated in Heraklio Town, within 2.4 km of Amoudara Beach and 5.9 km of The Palace of Knossos. Everything was perfect. The stuff was very helpful and professional. The room was very nice .The location was right in the city centre. The room was immaculate ( very clean and organized) . Will use again for sure !!!

Situated within 1.1 km of Amoudara Beach and 1.8 km of Venetian Walls in Heraklio Town, Pavo Art Hotel provides accommodation with seating area. The bed is extremely comfortable. I slept really well. Also the air conditioning is excellent and quiet. I also liked that the door has a code to open so no need to worry about keys.

We loved our stay at Santanna beach. From the minute you get there you are greeted by the friendliest staff imaginable. The incredibly people working at this hotel made our stay unforgettable. Aside from that, the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms, views and meals offered are all incredible. I will definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back in the future

Wonderful stay at Lagon Life Spirit Boutique in Chania! We had an amazing time at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sea and mountains was unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety and everything fresh and beautifully presented. Room was clean and cozy. A special thank you to Kris at the reception — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Her warmth really added to our experience. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Chania!
