The hosts were super friendly, and so was the cleaning lady (who comes every day). The big kitchen and dining area were convenient, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The living room with a smart TV added extra comfort. Private parking was available, and the salty water pool with towels provided was a great bonus.

Sea view was great off our room’s balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. WiFi was good. Parking is abundant and free. The whole Minas compound was inviting, clean and owner, Minas, was hospitable, helpful and available at all times.

We saw a lot of rural Kefalonia with this as a base. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So close to Petani Beach, it was perfect.

As we where staying in October out of busy season period, we were upgraded to top floor apartment witch was a bonus to us as. It had incredible see view from a terrace and a balcony. The small local beaches where within walking distance as well as grocery shops too. Further bigger beaches were within half an hour drive, and great time to explore other little towns and areas. Free parking within a premises was another plus to this property. The complimentary gifts like local honey, bread, cosmetics where were nice touch and made our stay very pleasant and easy. Staying here was honestly one of the most surprising experiences we had concerning rental apartments, and I mean it in the most positive way possible. Our hosts were really nice people and took care of everything! The apartment is really nice and spacious, with all comodities that you might need (even a working washing machine with soap and all!). They also offered us some biscuits, coffee, tea, etc. We are really glad that we chose this apartment, everything just worked out perfectly. We even borrowed some beach equipment, which helped us a lot. We parked our car in the open parking lot right in front of the house, which was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Room is good with great balcony sea view. It was cleaned every day. Pool area and garden are amazing for morning or afternoon relaxation. Also, the owner Andreas hosted us very friendly and helped with recommendations. All in all, we would come back again!
