The young woman at the reception was truly lovely – very kind and extremely helpful with everything we needed. Her warm welcome and assistance throughout our stay made a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kala Nera – we would definitely come back!

The apartment was cozy but very functional, spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. Close parking in a secure garage. The balcony was pleasant for a cup of tea and the TV had a nice swivel to watch on the couch or from bed, if one was so inclined. Good shower pressure. Slept very well with y the comfortable bed and room darkening curtain. Very convenient to activities on a neautiful O church square but exceptionally quiet. Generous breakfast offerings. Would stay here again in a snap if I'm able to visit Volos again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was very fast (200+ Mbps — finally a hotel with serious internet!), the staff were polite, and the breakfast was good. Not many options, like vegetables for example, but overall I was very satisfied.
