My stay was enjoyable because of the fantastic service received by Hannah Manager of the hotel and other members of the staff. They made my birthday special with a special threat of muffins and delightful fruits. You could contact them :Hannah especially and will get your request attended to immediately, it was really nice. The room was very clean so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was also nice liked the fruits very much. The suite is a walking distance to the city center and few minutes by car to nearby cities. Overall it was a funtastic experience and will love to visit again.

Very nice and attentive staff that offered really good suggestions on what to do in Santorini. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and ours even had a small patio that felt private enough to be enjoyed throughout the day. The breakfast was also really good.

The hotel is great and the staffs are excellent professionals and always ready to support the guests in any situation. Thanks for everyone one who helped me during my staying. The breakfast has many options and it is well served in according to a schedule choosen by the guest. The swimming pool is very clean and big enough to swim or only relax The bed and amenities are very good! In my visit to Santorini, I've rented a car and I could park the car in the hotel's parking place. Do not need to park the car in the street. The hotel also provides tranfers round trip to Fira. Just inform the attendant this service.

The hotel is a dream itself. Perfect location, super clean room with balcony and sea view. Towels were replaced every day. The breakfast is typical greek breakfast, amazing. All day fresh and great variety. Pool is also super clean with bar. The host was perfect both at the reception and the bar although we arrived late and after closing hours but we were served with warm welcome. The hotel arranges transfer from the airport, also helps managing island tours. We participated on a bus tour, everything was well organised. We will come back for sure. Thanks for everything. Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. Safe and secluded, but conveniently located near the beach. And y he most beautiful view from our balcony!

Smaragdi lies just 50 metres from the black beach of Perivolos. The Cycladic-style residence offers a large swimming pool, and a hot tub. The location is just perfect - just 3 mins walking distance from Perivolos beach, 15 mins from Perissa beach. The staff of the hotel was so hospitable, welcoming that I was amazed, one of the best hosts I have ever had. All employees - reception, housekeeping, bar - were so helpful and doing their best to make the stay enjoyable. The room had everything described in the booking. There is a small library in the lobby which has a collection of books in several languages, including English. You can borrow any book and enjoy during sunny hours near the pool by reading a book. There is a bus stop near the hotel which you can take to go to Fira (Perissa-Fira) and from there to any location. I would like to thank all the staff - Maria and her Team for their hearty welcome and assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Santorini!
