Fabulous breakfasts (we didn't need lunch they were so large) - prettily presented and straight to your door. Very comfortable bed. Nice living area and good strong shower. 100m walk from the beach - we could see the sea from our room 203. And a short walk to lots of tavernas and choice of mini markets - either on the beach or in the port. Pretty propery, very clean. IT set up very good. WiFi excellent.

John & Georgia can’t do enough to help their guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. They were kind, welcoming and helpful throughout. They clearly take pride in their accommodation. Petteo is tastefully decorated, stylish, comfortable, well-equipped and immaculately clean with an amazing panoramic view which was a joy to wake up to each morning. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, the air-con was effective (given the heat) and the large balcony was perfect. I’ve no complaints.

Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i villaen med 4 rom, gym og hamam. Beliggenheten overgår det meste, rett på stranden. Vi nøt morgen- og kveldsbad så og si alene på stranden. Vannet var glassklart, og ungene snorklet dagen lang. Villaen var svært komfortabel. Daglig housekeeping med nye og fluffy håndklær som ble byttet daglig. Forskjellige forespørsler vi hadde ble håndtert umiddelbart. Vi ble hentet og kjørt til havnen uten ekstra kostnad.

I Livádion, bare 0 minutters gange fra Livadi strand og 17 kilometer fra Serifos gamle gruve ligger kyma studios. Amazing place. We woke up every morning with the view over the water, making coffee and waiting impatiently for the little cake of the owner. The room was very clean and well put together. The owner was very kind and even drove us because we had a lot of luggage! Friendly cats and comfy outdoor chairs to relax.

It's a family business, everyone is so nice, social, offering help.... i loved the place, it's like in the photos, front/access to the beach livadakia, clean house with a kitchen and tools. The location is incredible, the harbour is just 5 minutes walking, it's safe. Locals are nice, joyful with a good energy. The food in the hotel restaurant is incredible, try their omelette, crepes and burger. I will definitely come again. I recommand it. They also offered me a ride from/to the harbour when i came/went. Thank you so much for everything.

Loved the beach, quiet location, warm Aegean waters, attentive staff, great food & drinks, cleanliness and attention to detail by management. Perfect in every way in my opinion. Love to return here.
