Location is literally 20 meters to a lovely beach and 15 min walk into Town. The whole complex is fairly new and very well looked after. Highly recommend.

Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

The facilities were incredibly nice. They also offered us a free shuttle service and stopped off at a grocery store so we could pick up supplies. The apartment was better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was great: from welcoming Elena who gave me the keys and brief info on the beaches and the bus, to the sheep I could hear in the mornings while drinking coffee in the apartment's garden. The apartment was clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were a few books that I liked content-wise ( I read 2 of them at the beach). I even liked the soap (I rarely like hotel soaps). The location was perfect - close to the port, the local bus station, the central beaches and bars & restaurants.

Water pressure was great, A/C was great — everything is just perfect for a relaxing stay on this languid little island.
